How long will the Wedsite be available on the internet?:

Your Wedsite will be available on the internet for a minimum of 12 months. If you wish to remove the Wedsite prior to that, no refund will be given. Longer periods can be arranged. You will be contacted prior to expiry to allow you to extend the hosting term.

Who owns the domain name?:

The domain name (i.e. www.abcwedding.co.uk) belongs to you. If you want to move the domain to another hosting company after the twelve months this can be easily arranged.

What will my domain name be?:

This depends on the package and length of hosting required. Also, the domain name must not be in use already. We can help find the best name available (.co.uk, .net, .com etc). Consider if you want to use it just for the wedding (i.e. www.ourwedding.co.uk) or for future use too (i.e. www.smithfamily.co.uk)

How much does a Wedsite cost? How many photos can I display? Can I give a Wedsite as a gift?:

How long does it take to arrange a Wedsite?:

This can take about a week for a basic package once all the details have been confirmed. A demo of your Website will be a available on a temporary page prior to it going live so that you can check the content is perfect.

How do I add my photos?

Depending on the quantity and the size of the photos you can upload them or send them in on CD with the order form. Photos need to be named in order to allow for the correct sequence in the gallery. 15- 20 photos need to be distinguished as those to appear on the first page.

Can I add my professional photographer's pictures to my Wedsite gallery?:

Yes, you can add anything that you require. However, you will need to get written authorisation that they are happy with this. Generally, the photographer's pictures will be protected from download.

I am professional Wedding Photographer, how can I use WEDsites.info?:

There are various options, have your own WEDsite for your customers, offer WEDsites as additional value to your Wedding package or become a WEDsites reseller. Contact us HERE for more information.

Can we use the domain name/hosting for other purposes?:

Contact us HERE with your requirements. Remember, if you choose to have your own domain you can have your own personalised email address(es) too. Wedsites will send you full instructions on how to set this up.
